1.Anaerobic adhesives should not be packed in airtight containers such as metal or glass, but in gas-permeable (low-density polyethylene) containers, and can only hold up to 2/3 bottles.
2.Anaerobic glue should be stored in a cool, dry place, not exposed to the sun.
3.Suitable for bonding between metals, not suitable for porous materials such as plastic, wood, paper. For the active metal surfaces such as steel, copper and their alloys, the surface is cured and cured quickly and with high strength. For stainless steel, zinc, cadmium and other metal surfaces, the surface cures slowly and the strength is low.
Anaerobic adhesives cause stress cracking on certain plastics, including many thermoplastics such as ABS plastics and polycarbonates. If the adhesive is used for metal-to-metal assembly and the assembly is very close to the plastic part, the spilled adhesive liquid or the escaping moisture may affect the plastic part. If it is compatible with plastics, anaerobic adhesives are not the best product to effectively lock and seal such plastics. In this case, cyanoacrylate adhesives are often used provided that such adhesives meet other application parameters.
4.Curing conditions must meet the following two conditions: oxygen isolation, clearance generally requires <0.2mm; active initiation center, such as metals, accelerators.
5.If the adhesive force is too large during the removal, the parts can be heated to 200~300 °C for thermal disassembly; they can also be disassembled after immersing for a long time with anaerobic adhesive special scavenger or acetone.
